Farrier for heavy-haul carriers

Farrier answers from your own loads, invoices and permits, shows its sources, and says so when it doesn't know.

How it works

  1. Connect read-only

Read-only link to your ops system, Control Tower first. Try it on demo data.

  2. Ask

Ask the way you'd ask dispatch. The answer shows the records it used.

  3. Review drafts, send yourself

Empty truck or late invoice? Review the draft and send it from your own email.

Every query is scoped to your company on the server.

It reads your ops system. It never writes back.

  • Two model providers

Anthropic by default, or OpenAI. No other company gets your data.

Farrier never sends email. You do.

  • Everything is logged

Every question and answer, recorded and visible to you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions
Does Farrier send email?

No. It drafts routine emails, like an empty-truck notice, a haul status update or an AR reminder. You review and send them.

What data does it see?

Only what your ops system shares over a read-only connection: loads, invoices, permits, dispatch and quotes. Every query is scoped to your company on the server.

Which AI models does it use?

Anthropic by default, or OpenAI. Your data goes to no other model provider.

Can it be wrong?

Yes, so every answer lists its sources for you to check. Numbers come from your data, not the model's memory. With no data, it says "I don't have that."

What does setup look like?

A read-only connection to your ops system, Control Tower first. Try it first on the demo: synthetic data from a made-up carrier, Ridgeline Heavy Haul.

Does Farrier replace dispatch?

No. It answers questions and drafts routine messages. Decisions and sending stay with your people.

What about breakdown photos?

Upload a photo and get things to check. Not a mechanic's diagnosis. The photo goes to the model for that one request and isn't saved.

How much does it cost?

No price list yet. Talk to us.
